Embroidery is the process of using colored threads to sew a design onto fabric. Our embroidery is done with automated sewing machines that build your design one stitch at a time. Commonly embroidered products include hats, jackets, and polo shirts.
Determining Price
When it comes to determining prices, there are a variety of factors that come into play.
-
Quantity - (# of times the same logo is embroidered)
-
Stitch Count - (# of stitches required for each logo)
-
Number of Decoration Locations - (front only, front + back, etc.)
-
Garment Type - (brand/style)
How Pricing is Different than Screen Printing
The number of thread colors doesn't affect the price for embroidery as it does for screen printing. With embroidery, price is affected by the number of stitches necessary to embroider the logo. In order to give you an exact price quote we would first have to know how many stitches the logo will require, however we will give you an estimate based on past work we have done. The artwork for embroidery must be digitized to translate it into stitch data so the embroidery machines are able to read the file and determine where to stitch what. Digitizing the artwork is the only way to determine the exact stitch count of a specific logo. There is a one time $40 fee to have artwork digitized.
